Just Love That is the brainchild of Swati Dham and Vani Bhatia. They both belong to the same culture, same religion and even same city of India but happened to cross paths only in Colorado Springs. They hit off in an instant and knew they had something more in common - their love for Food.

Both of them are hard-working moms with a strong passion for cooking.  Vani is a Senior admin in Health care and Swati works in developing Data Analytics. While they have been friends since 2019, they started Just Love That in May of 2023 and have come a long way since then. Their love for Indian Street food and making people try new flavors kickstarted their journey and they brought dishes like Pav Bhajji, Golgappe, Chocolate Golgappa, Dahi Vada, and more to the city of Colorado Springs.

They started their organization with the native name - SWANSDHABHA.

SWANSDHABHA literally means a small eatery run by the Swans. It represents the amalgamation of the first and last names of Swati Dham and Vani Bhatia as a true unity and strength of this collaboration.
